Reservation / Pricing:
No minimum stay is required for our properties, however, all prices are based upon a 7-day weekly reservation period. 

Confirmation:
Your reservation will be confirmed within 48 hours along with a rent receipt, including all the necessary information (apartment address, building entry codes, apartments, telephone number and our representatives telephone numbers). We will also ask you to provide us information on your flight and arrival time (if already known).

Security deposit:
Your signature authorizes Prestige Travel Network, LLC to withdraw money from your account (your credit card) it into the proper receptacles Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Cancellation:
Your payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.  However, your rate has been discounted by $100 to cover the insurance cancellation fee with Travel Guard (www.travelguard.com) in case of illness, accident, or emergency, in which case we will deduct 15% of the charges and refund you 85% of your payment.  The Travel Guard link is available at the time you book one our properties and is found on the booking page.

Check-in / Check-out:
Check in is from 9am to 5pm. After 5pm you may contact us for an extension, however, a charge of $75 dollars will be assessed. The $75 is to be given the after hour representative, who will make special arrangements to meet you at the apartment to show you around the premises and hand over the key.

Checkout time is 12pm. Before inspection by our representative who will arrive at 10am to inspect for any damage or loss, you agree to remove any trash or food you brought into the apartment.
